Pricenow has technical and organizational security procedures to protect the security of your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and/or against accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or access. Pricenow may disclose personal data to third parties to obtain technical or organizational services that are necessary for fulfilling the aforementioned purposes or for other business activities of Pricenow. For example, Pricenow transmits personal data in connection with the conclusion of a contract for a ski pass and the corresponding service processing to the operator of the respective ski area and, if applicable, to other third parties involved in the contract processing (e.g., to the Swiss Federal Railways SBB). The data may not be used, forwarded, sold, or otherwise made accessible by third parties outside the purpose of processing.
Due to the role of Pricenow as an intermediary between customers and mountain railways, however, all collected data may be disclosed to the operator of the ski area, who is committed to complying with this privacy policy. The customer acknowledges that the operator of the mountain railways, as a potential contracting partner of the customer regarding the sale of ski passes, is authorized to use the personal data for direct marketing purposes related to the sale of ski passes.
The service providers and partner areas of Pricenow are contractually obliged to process personal data exclusively in accordance with the instructions of Pricenow and according to the exceptions stated above. Likewise, service providers and partner areas are contractually obliged to adhere to technical and organizational measures that ensure the protection of personal data. If the service providers are located in countries where the applicable laws do not provide protection of personal data comparable to Swiss law or the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union, Pricenow will contractually ensure that the relevant service providers maintain the Swiss and European data protection level.
Pricenow may disclose personal data if this is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, in legal proceedings, at the request of competent courts and authorities, or for other legal obligations to protect or defend the rights or property of Pricenow.

Pricenow processes and retains your personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, but not shorter than provided for by applicable data protection regulations.
You have the right to information according to Article 15 GDPR, the right to correction according to Article 16 GDPR, the right to deletion according to Article 17 GDPR, the right to restrict processing according to Article 18 GDPR, the right to object according to Article 21 GDPR, and, if applicable, the right to data portability according to Article 20 GDPR. Google Analytics
To continuously improve and optimize the offerings of Pricenow, Pricenow uses so-called tracking technologies (web analysis tools).
In this context, the data regarding the use of the Pricenow website is transmitted to the server used for this purpose. Microsoft Clarity
To improve the user experience on our websites, the software Clarity from Microsoft is used, provided you have consented to the use of cookies in the cookie banner. The service provider for Microsoft Clarity is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. However, personal data may also be transferred to the parent company Microsoft. With Clarity, user behavior (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, etc.) on websites can be measured and evaluated. With every access to the Pricenow website, certain usage data is transmitted to Pricenow by your internet browser for technical reasons and stored in log files, the so-called log files. This includes the following usage data: date and time of the retrieval of the website; IP address of your computer or mobile device; address of the website from which you accessed the Pricenow website; amount of data transmitted; as well as the name and version of your browser.
The evaluation of the log files helps Pricenow to further improve the offerings and make them more user-friendly, to find and fix errors faster, and to manage server capacities.
